Gathering is both my method and my mission. As a noun, it is the space we hold together—the assemblies, the workshops, the rituals of work. As a verb, it is the act of unearthing the insights that define a culture.

In my practice, I work with pebbles and rocks. This metaphor describes the spectrum of insights I find in the field: pebbles are the informative patterns, everyday stories, and ways of being; rocks are the heavy, sacrosanct practices and the deep-seated challenges that require intense inquiry to move. I gather these insights not just from what is said, but from what people do and, crucially, from the social silences—the things they avoid talking about.

My “basket” of pebbles and rocks helps me map the context and understand what is possible. By sorting, weighing, and organizing this messy collection, I transform raw information and observation into a coherent strategy. This is how I synthesize complexity into actionable results and create the communitas needed for real change.

Below is a collection of field notes and articles from my work as a transformation leader. If you see a rock you recognize, or a pebble you want to examine, let’s chat.
